Ataullah Korejo is a prominent figure of Mansoorah whose education, literary excellence, and teaching career have taken him from Mansoorah to Makkah. He joined Mansoorah in 1967, completed Fazil in 1973 and B.Ed in 1974, serving initially as a lecturer and later as a senior teacher at the institution.
In Makkah, he worked closely with Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Bushaim, contributing to research and PhD-related work. He has authored numerous publications on Hadith, Seerah, Fiqh, Tajweed, and other Islamic sciences.
His connection with Mansoorah remains deep; he guides students and teachers with sincerity and continues to be a prominent pillar of the academic and spiritual tradition of Mansoorah.
Dr. Muhammad excelled in the fields of Aqidah (Islamic Creed) and Hadith sciences. He has made significant contributions to his home country, Senegal, and the African community at large. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Union of African Scholars and later became the Head of the Fatwa Committee in the Union, among other scholarly and honorary positions.
Dr. Muhammad Ahmad has authored several specialised books on Islamic Sharia, as well as writings on raising children from the perspective of Islamic principles. Additionally, he has authored works addressing various jurisprudential and social issues.
Professor Dr. Sanaullah Bhutto is among the distinguished sons of Mansoorah who were nurtured intellectually from childhood to adulthood within its scholarly environment. Beyond being a graduate of Mansoorah, he played a foundational role in organizing and establishing the present Jamia-tul-Uloom Al-Islamia Mansoorah after the institution’s period of decline, contributing decisively to its revival and identity.
He served as a teacher at Mansoorah from 1973 to 1979 and later pursued higher studies at King Saud University, Riyadh, on a Government of Pakistan scholarship. Upon his return, he resumed teaching and successfully facilitated annual Arabic language scholarships from King Saud University for Mansoorah—an enduring academic contribution. During the formative years of the institution, he proposed and formally registered the name Jamia-tul-Uloom Al-Islamia, and guided its academic identity, documentation, and institutional presentation.
Professor Bhutto is a seasoned academic with extensive experience in teaching, research, curriculum development, and institutional leadership. He has supervised numerous postgraduate and doctoral research projects, authored and translated important academic works, and published widely in national and international journals. His scholarly engagement spans Islamic Studies, Islamic Culture, Comparative Religion, and contemporary socio-religious issues.
Currently, he serves as Dean, Faculty of Islamic Studies at Al-Kausar University, Karachi, while remaining actively associated with universities, research journals, advisory boards, and academic bodies across Pakistan. His participation in international conferences and representation of Pakistan in global academic and diplomatic forums reflect his recognized scholarly stature.
Professor Dr. Sanaullah Bhutto is the son of the eminent scholar and mentor Maulana Ghulam Sarwar Bhutto Mansoori, and continues to carry forward this rich scholarly legacy with intellectual depth and contemporary vision.
Mr. Wahid Bakhsh Bhutto is among the respected senior alumni of Mansoorah. He received his early education in 1956–57 at Qeemat-e-Millat School, Mansooriyah, where he benefited greatly from the guidance and affection of Molana Jan Muhammad Bhutto (رحمه الله).
He completed his Matriculation in 1958 from Larkana Municipal High School, earned a B.Com from Sukkur Islamia College, and later obtained an LLB from Karachi. In 1960, he began his career as a teacher at the school established by Molana Jan Muhammad Bhutto in Goth Jandurio. He later served in WAPDA Sukkur and other institutions.
In 1973, he joined the Board of Secondary Education Karachi as an Audit Officer, became Secretary in 1990, and subsequently served as Secretary Controller and Chairman of the Board. He retired in 1998 from Grade 20, completing a distinguished career in public service.
After retirement, driven by a deep sense of accountability before Allah, he devoted himself to the service of the Qur’an. He completed a literal Sindhi translation of the Holy Qur’an, followed by a fluent translation, and later authored Tafseer Wahidi, a comprehensive five-volume Qur’anic exegesis.

Mr. Wahid Bakhsh Bhutto’s scholarly legacy reflects lifelong dedication to knowledge, public service, and the Qur’an.
Dr. Muhammad Bashir Lakhani is one of the shining gems of the Mansoori tradition, who transformed knowledge into lasting public service. Son of renowned Mansoori and community figure Mr. Noor Muhammad Lakhani, he received his early education at Mansoorah from 1968 to 1971, before excelling in modern scientific disciplines.
He is an internationally recognized expert in Water Resources, Energy, and Civil Engineering. He serves as Director of Techno Consultants International, a member of the Pakistan Engineering Council’s Think Tank on Water Resources, and Advisor on Water & Energy Affairs to the Ameer of Jamaat, while remaining affiliated with several academic and research institutions.
Dr. Lakhani is a key planner and supervisor of the Greater Karachi Water Supply Project (K-4)—a transformative initiative that will significantly resolve Karachi’s water crisis upon completion. Earlier, he successfully delivered the K-3 Project (100 MGD), which remains a backbone of Karachi’s water supply. Currently, he is also leading the planning and design of cooling water systems for Ras Al-Khair Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.
He earned his MS, PhD, and Post-Doctorate in Water Resources from the University of Arizona, USA, where he also served as an Assistant Professor. In 1998, he voluntarily returned to Pakistan, leaving behind professional comforts abroad to serve the nation.
With over 35 years of experience, he has led major national projects in dams, water supply, wastewater, flood management, hydropower, and irrigation across Pakistan.
His life reflects a rare blend of knowledge, humility, national service, and deep attachment to Mansoorah and its people.
