Dr. Muhammad Ahmad Luh is one of the pioneering graduates of the Islamic University and a dedicated alumnus who studied at the University for nearly two decades. He graduated from the Islamic University in 1418 AH after beginning his studies there from the secondary level and continuing through to his postgraduate education.
Dr. Muhammad excelled in the fields of Aqidah (Islamic Creed) and Hadith sciences. He has made significant contributions to his home country, Senegal, and the African community at large. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Union of African Scholars and later became the Head of the Fatwa Committee in the Union, among other scholarly and honorary positions.
Dr. Muhammad Ahmad has authored several specialised books on Islamic Sharia, as well as writings on raising children from the perspective of Islamic principles. Additionally, he has authored works addressing various jurisprudential and social issues.
